Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting handmade pottery! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how shipping works when you order from this shop.

 

Processing Time

 

Because I am a stay-at-home mom, I deeply value flexibility and balance — both in life and in clay. While I may not always be able to ship orders the same day they’re placed, I do my best to fulfill all orders within 3 business days or less.

If I’m out of town or otherwise unavailable, I’ll always provide a clear notice about any temporary shipping delays on the website and/or Instagram.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped using Shippo, a trusted third-party shipping platform that connects to reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and package weight. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Packaging & Breakage

Every item is carefully wrapped and packed to protect against damage during transit. Pottery is fragile, and while I do everything I can to prevent breakage, it can occasionally happen.

If anything arrives broken or damaged, please contact me immediately. I will start working on a replacement for you and submit an insurance claim through Shippo. To assist with this process, please send clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Domestic Shipping

 

I am now shipping to the US and Canada!! (All Canadian purchases are subject to carrier fees, which the buyer is responsible for upon delivery and not included in checkout)
