Welcome to Redfish Stoneware! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchases from this shop. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Handmade Nature of Products

All items are handcrafted and may vary slightly in shape, color, size, and glaze finish. These variations are part of the charm of handmade pottery and do not qualify as defects.

 

Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through secure checkout options provided (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

3. Order Fulfillment & Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days. Because I am a stay-at-home mom running a small business, I may occasionally need extra time. If that happens, I’ll communicate clearly via the website or Instagram.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled through Shippo, using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once a package leaves my hands, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. Tracking information will be provided for every order.

5. Damaged Items

If your pottery arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at klhumphrey.024@gmail.com or via Instagram DM. I’ll begin work on a replacement and submit an insurance claim through Shippo.

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging are required for the claim.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of pottery, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is damaged during shipping (see Section 5). Please be sure of your selection before placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, branding, and designs — is the property of Redfish Stoneware and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. I never sell or misuse customer data.
